We tried a few other companies before starting to use the Virtual Receptionist services offered by Zoom. That was the best business decision we made and have never regretted it. The receptionists are always very polite and professional. The messages are left via email immediately with a clear message. Our clients often mention to us that they were very happy with the way our receptionists handled the calls. Jerry is always very helpful and goes beyond the call of duty to help us. We are now planning to expand our team with Zoom Office. Thank you all.
